Nathan flapped his wings and preened himself, Starr sat up and rubbed her head, Cameron yawned for a second and Sakato stood and got into running position. My watch beeped. I pressed the little button on it and a holographic Asula appeared. "Brandon, did your party make it?" I nodded, "Yeah, we made it." Asula nodded, "Good, now use the holographic map to find a way inside the base. Remember, your job is to create a distraction while the B-team finds the Gemstone Files. Pokeumans Chapter 10Upon our arrival home, the entire base exploded with cheers as we entered through the main doors carrying Zane, Connor and Ryan. As Reggie handed Asula the Gemstone Files, we were commemorated for our bravery and courage. Ms. Yerpergo had reserved the cafeteria for us and the ten of us enjoyed the greatest victory meal in the world. We were interviewed by the PNN, surrounded by adoring fans, and had a ceremony as well.
After about a week, the situation died down. Connor and Zane had received multiple brain scans to make sure Pokéxtinction's influence was gone forever. They reconciled with Sakato and Nathan, and assumed their lives at the base. Only Ryan remained comatose, and Starr visited him daily. We returned to our classes, continued to train, and over all life returned to normal. Well, as normal as being a Pokéuman can get anyways
